Melissa needs $1,855 for Rent Payment

Cannot, under current circumstances, manage to pay rent this month.

Last June my daughter was diagnosed with cancer and due to this, lost her job due to constant doctor's appointments. My 16-year-old son is homeschooled and autistic. I am 100% disabled and while my benefit check seems large, my bills seem to overpass the amount I am paid. Half of my check goes to rent and the rest goes to my car payment, car insurance, renters' insurance, furniture payments, sons school fees, daughters' medical fees, phone bills, etc. By the time I have finished paying our bills, we barely have enough for food or other necessities. I will say that I would so appreciate your help in any way. Even if not with rent but perhaps with food. However, the reason I am asking for the rent to be covered is so that I can catch up on other payments and fill my home with groceries for a time. I will be grateful if you do help me or not because I am thankful for your consideration.

Not all Heroes needing assistance are able to be matched successfully with a specific non-profit partner. In these instances the Coordinated Assistance Network allows Heroes to self post their request on the isupportveterans.org platform so that private donations can be collected for their specific need.
