Pamela needs $2,000 for Auto Repair
Transmission needs a new torque converter. Brought it with this unknown condition but the dealer I purchased it from would not repair it. I took it to them on 3 occasions after purchase and they kept my car without repairing it. See attachment
This is an unexpected charge for a torque converter that I didn’t know was wrong with the vehicle. I cannot afford to pay that amount of money out-of-pocket and keep my household bills paid. My income has significantly changed over the past year due to a disability and a necessary change in employment, due to the disability, where my income decreased.
