Only vehicle in household was taken to a auto repair shop charged $3100 for repairs was paid but did not fix the vehicle had to tow the vehicle to another auto repair shop cost to repair is $5500
I took the vehicle for repairs to Jack Williams the total coat of repairs was $3100 upon the receiving the vehicle check light was still on and after 1 day the vehicle wouldn't start and left myself (pregnant) and 11 month old daughter stranded. Vehicle had to be towed back to the shop and after 2 weeks of back and forth the shop stated they can not fix the vehicle and to take it elsewhere. After leaving the shop and driving home the vehicle had to be towed because again it wouldn't start. Vehicle was taken to Scranton Jeep Dealership after looking over the vehicle it will coat $5500 to repair with some of the repairs being already claimed to be fixed and paid for from previous auto repair shop. Ive already given my entire income tax to the initial repairs and do not have all the funds for the repairs. This is our only vehicle in our household and will be needed especially for Dr appointment since I am currently pregnant. Ive been trying to get some kind of refund but so far nothing
